Role Overview

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in vehicle sales, ideally in a leadership or senior sales role.
  • A hands-on manager with a strong track record in both team leadership and personal sales performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team.
