As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering digital experiences that captivate and engage our customers.

Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our ranks as a key partner in driving sales growth and customer success. As a trusted advisor to our Enterprise Account Executives, you will work closely with them to understand the needs of our DACH customers and provide tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our sales team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth
  • Providing technical expertise and support to our customers and prospects, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform
  • Identifying and mitigating technical and business risks associated with customer projects
  • Developing and delivering product demonstrations and technical evaluations to showcase the value of our platform
  • Communicating customer feedback and insights to our product management, marketing, and sales teams
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Fluency in English and German
  • Proven experience as a Sales/Solution Engineer or equivalent in a cloud-based SaaS company
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with current web technologies and development frameworks
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex customer relationships
