We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Training Specialist to join our organization. This is a high-impact position that requires a strategic thinker with expertise in cybersecurity awareness, phishing simulations, and adult learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone who can design, execute, and improve the enterprise phishing simulation program.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze phishing campaign data to identify trends and manage escalation processes for repeat offenders.
  • They should be able to design and facilitate targeted remedial training programs based on behavioral data.
  • Supporting the execution of the Cyber Cup hackathon and other experiential learning initiatives would also be part of their responsibilities.
  • Developing and managing a recognition program to incentivize secure behaviors is another key aspect of this role.
  • Defining and tracking KPIs to measure training effectiveness and maintaining performance dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) are essential skills required for this position.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality training solutions is crucial.
  • Staying current with cybersecurity threats and adapting training strategies accordingly is a must.
Qualifications/Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Education, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or phishing simulation (or 3+ years with an advanced degree).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven program management are required.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences are necessary.
  • Experience with phishing simulation platforms (e.g., Proofpoint, KnowBe4, Hoxhunt, Keepnet) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone) would be beneficial.
  • Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.
  • Ability to translate technical content into engaging, non-technical learning is critical.
  • Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
