Cybersecurity Training Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary cybersecurity professional to lead our enterprise-wide training and experiential learning programs.

This role involves designing and delivering innovative, data-driven learning experiences that empower employees to stay cyber-safe and resilient in an ever-evolving threat landscape.

You will be responsible for leading the design, execution, and improvement of the enterprise phishing simulation program. This includes analyzing phishing campaign data to identify trends and managing escalation processes for repeat offenders.

Additionally, you will design and facilitate targeted remedial training programs based on behavioral data. You will also support the execution of the Cyber Cup hackathon and other experiential learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing a recognition program to incentivize secure behaviors and defining and tracking KPIs to measure training effectiveness and maintain performance dashboards.

This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven program management. Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences are essential. Experience with phishing simulation platforms and learning management systems is also required.

A bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, education, communications, or a related field is preferred. Alternatively, equivalent experience can be considered. A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or phishing simulation is required.
