IT Infrastructure Technical Manager

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the company's data centre infrastructure and work together with managed service providers for servers and IT systems.
- Oversee central components of Microsoft IT Infrastructure, such as Active Directory and core services, ensuring they are secure, available, performing optimally and addressing technical issues in a timely manner.
- Direct managed service providers to perform routine maintenance tasks and upgrades on central IT infrastructure, in line with security policies and controls.
- Ensure data centres and central IT infrastructure comply with security standards and industry regulations, and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 8-10 years experience in Microsoft IT Infrastructure or similar.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure services such as Microsoft Active Directory.
- Proven experience working with managed service providers to manage data centres and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of security standards and best practices, including ISO 27001 and NIST.
