IT Infrastructure Management Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the data centre infrastructure and collaborate with a managed service provider to ensure seamless operation. This position requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure services, including Microsoft Active Directory, and the ability to work closely with other teams to support new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain hardware and software components within the datacentre, such as servers, storage, and operating systems.
- Oversee central components of the Microsoft IT Infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, available, performing optimally, and addressing any technical issues in a timely manner.
- Direct managed service providers in routine maintenance tasks and upgrades on central IT infrastructure, in line with security policies and controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years' experience in Microsoft IT Infrastructure or similar.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies, server hardware, operating systems, and storage technologies.
