Support Specialist Job
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support across our hardware and software platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and resolving complex issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional day-to-day support to users of all levels, from novice to expert
- Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently using our internal knowledge base
- Support Coinbase's SaaS tools, compliance practices, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Leverage strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Create detailed documentation for colleagues and users
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Technical expertise in macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, and Android operating systems
- Knowledge of Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing systems
- Mid-level networking knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with Google for Business, Atlassian, Okta, Jamf, and Slack administration
This role offers a competitive salary range of €61,800 EUR and includes target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).
