Support Specialist Job

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support across our hardware and software platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional day-to-day support to users of all levels, from novice to expert
  • Resolve incidents and service requests efficiently using our internal knowledge base
  • Support Coinbase's SaaS tools, compliance practices, and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Create detailed documentation for colleagues and users
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical expertise in macOS, iOS, Chrome OS, and Android operating systems
  • Knowledge of Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing systems
  • Mid-level networking knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
  • Experience with Google for Business, Atlassian, Okta, Jamf, and Slack administration
