Job Description:
As a Market Development Representative (MDR) at Docusign, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion within the UK/IE markets. This position involves generating qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel and ultimately contribute to new revenue streams.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing outbound prospect calls to educate potential customers on our solutions, and scheduling high-impact appointments with key decision-makers. You will also be responsible for recording prospect information in our CRM database and presenting a balanced approach to cold calling, relationship development, and sales process management.

To succeed in this role, you should possess fluency in English, a strong understanding of sales cycles and solution-selling tactics, and proficient computer application skills, including Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. A track record of success in outbound sales/business development roles, confident verbal and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and a BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience are also highly desirable.
