As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning the organization's HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, fostering a positive work environment, resolving employee relations issues, and ensuring all HR processes are legally compliant and aligned with best practices.

You will lead HR initiatives, provide coaching, and contribute to the ongoing development of HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve and develop HR policies, procedures, processes, and documentation to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Drive HR best practices across the organisation by implementing initiatives that support the development of people management capabilities.
  • Manage and support employee relations cases, ensuring that all conduct and performance matters are handled in line with company policy and relevant legislation.
  • Facilitate the timely resolution of employee relations queries, balancing employee advocacy with management objectives.
  • Provide guidance to managers on change management initiatives, ensuring that all changes are implemented in compliance with employment legislation and company policy.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years HR experience in a similar role with experience managing disciplinary and grievance processes end-to-end, ensuring legal compliance and fair procedures.
  • Working knowledge of Irish Employment Law and HR policies & procedures.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in HR or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and best practices.
  • Proven experience in policy development, employee relations, and HR process management.
  • Ability to work independently, while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
  • Adaptable to change with a proactive mindset, maintains resilience when managing conflicting demands and effectively navigates shifting priorities.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical abilities that support data-informed decision making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite.
  • Able to work within a 24/7 model. Flexibility in working hours, including availability to support operations during both day and evening shifts, as needed by the business.
