About the Role:
A skilled HR professional is required to support and develop the HR function across a growing retail network.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, providing guidance on employee relations matters and influencing business decisions.
- Develop and implement effective talent development and retention strategies in collaboration with line managers.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
- Analyse and report on HR metrics to inform business improvements.
- Lead or contribute to projects across areas such as learning and development, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion.
- Experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role, preferably within retail or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and influence stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
