HR Business Partner Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our organization. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with business leaders and teams, driving collaboration and open communication.
  • Support Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, reward cycles, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Drive Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions, ensuring the organization remains competitive.
  • Employee Relations and Employment Law: Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and employment law matters, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Talent Development and Training: Collaborate on training, development, and talent initiatives to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Drive cross-functional HR projects, supporting organizational change initiatives and business growth.
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably with generalist experience.
  • CIPD membership (or willingness to pursue).
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with confidential information at a senior level.
