
Strategic HR Director Opportunity

**Job Description:**
This is a key leadership position in our organization, responsible for driving the strategic success of Workday technology through partnership with Senior HR and IT stakeholders and strategic vendor partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex HRIS programs, partnering with senior stakeholders across functions and regions, and coaching, mentoring, and providing leadership development to their team.
- Drive strategic success for Workday technology through partnership with Senior HR and IT stakeholders and strategic vendor partnerships.
- Manage the team workload, along with planning future roadmap and ensuring resources are available to deliver.
- Ensure data SOX audit compliance across the Workday platform and ensure IT Change Control processes are consistently adhered to.
- Provide recommendations to leadership on new technologies that could be utilized to improve effectiveness and the customer experience.
- Experience in a leadership role responsible for the design, development, and implementation of a strategic plan for a suite of HR systems for a large organization.
- Experience in managing a remote and geographically dispersed team of HR System Analysts.
- Proven track record partnering with the HR team on driving innovative data-driven solutions.
- Ability to drive cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and influence coworkers while fostering strong working relationships.
