Human Resources Strategic Partner

The role of Human Resources Strategic Partner is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to support and develop the HR function within our client's expanding retail network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and management teams across the business to provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Offer expert advice on employee relations matters, encompassing performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Work in partnership with line managers to identify and implement effective talent development and retention strategies.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Promote initiatives to boost employee engagement, contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Evaluate and report on HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvements.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects across areas such as learning and development, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar HR role, ideally within retail or FMCG.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in Ireland.
  • Proven track record in managing employee relations and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
