
Strategic HR Business Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Partner for our HR team. This is a key role in aligning and delivering HR services, driving new initiatives and projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with all business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Team LeadershipLead the HR team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Performance EvaluationMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies implemented to reach HR goals.
Employee EngagementDevelop and implement strategic HR initiatives as required.
Reporting and AnalysisProactively monitor and analyse HR data, identifying opportunities and defining problems.
Collect and analyse HR data; recommend viable solutions.
Effectively communicate analysis to business stakeholders through various channels.
Coordinate administration relating to employee lifecycle, such as recruitment process, new hires, employee onboarding and employee offboarding processes.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with all business stakeholders.
Promote and represent the HR function in all aspects of business.
Adhere to and drive HR best practice and initiatives.
Be the main point of contact for business stakeholders and employees regarding HR concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements at all times.
- Develop action plans to address non-compliance issues and escalate where necessary.
- Ensure all messages and communication comply with management policy.
- Update HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.
- Maintain effective and constructive relationships with all management and staff to effect positive change.
- Create and design specific processes and initiatives related to change management.
- Provide change management support to managers ensuring high levels of employee engagement and commitment.
- Monitor retention and attrition levels and work with business stakeholders to ensure achievement of targets.
