Job Description:

A highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator is sought to join our Cork site. The successful candidate will have end-to-end oversight of production, testing and release plans.

  • Coordinate inspection lot end dates and lead times on SAP with various business units in the supply chain
  • Work closely with Production and Supply Chain functions ensuring fast response to unforeseen changes or requests
  • Liaise with Production, Quality and Supply Chain departments to adjust inspection lot ends dates accurately & appropriately when lots are received on site, and when issues arise during production, testing or release
  • Monitor issues and delays against lots throughout the supply chain, perform impact assessments against the site Plan and adjust accordingly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BSc in Supply Chain/Operations/Business/Quality
  • 4 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry & a GMP environment
  • Supply Chain experience and familiarity with scheduling
  • Strong communication skills and active participation in key business process meetings
