About the Role

This is a customer-facing position where you will be the primary point of contact for clients worldwide. Your key responsibilities include answering queries, developing product knowledge, and assisting with client hospital admissions and evacuations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding cover, claims, and hospitalization
  • Manage daily assigned workload and follow up on individual cases
  • Develop extensive product knowledge to provide timely and accurate information
  • Coordinate client hospital admissions, evacuations, and other cases as required
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Enhance data management practices to handle customer information securely and efficiently
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-focused role in an administrative capacity
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment with tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work within rotating shift patterns
  • Valid EU work permit and ability to work full-time year-round
  • Fluency in English and second language (Portuguese)
