Job Title:
Senior Mental Health Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide specialist psychological services to children and families.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of psychological services, including assessment, diagnostics, programme implementation, and behavior management. You will also have the opportunity to develop and lead parent training courses, as well as contribute to service development and reporting.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-quality psychological services to children and families, working in partnership with other members of the team.
- Develop and deliver parent training courses to support family-centered practice.
- Lead on key areas of service development and report to the manager.
- Manage and prioritize a busy caseload, working effectively in an inter-disciplinary way.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
