Job Title: Planning and Scheduling AnalystDescription

This role is focused on supporting production planning and scheduling activities. The successful candidate will contribute to the establishment of programs and initiatives for the Production Planning and Scheduling area, under direct supervision.

The ideal candidate will be able to analyze trends, manage material availability, and ensure timely supply to meet production needs. They will coordinate supply activities, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address constraints.

This role requires effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to company standards. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop relevant technical skills within their area of expertise, experience cross-functional exposure, and participate in regular one-to-ones and feedback to support ongoing development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and implementing programs and initiatives for the Production Planning and Scheduling area, under direct supervision.
  • Contributing to less complex components of projects, programs, or processes for the Production Planning and Scheduling area.
  • Effectively coordinating the supply planning, purchasing, and production scheduling activities for products managed.
  • Determining production plans and ensuring timely completion of planned production.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Process Excellence, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a similar engineering/technology field.
  • Recent graduate (2025 or due to graduate in 2026) status.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing systems concepts.
  • Ability to work well individually and remotely.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to develop skills accordingly.
