Integration Architect Job Opportunity

The Associate Director of Integration Architecture is responsible for transforming business requirements into IT solution design specifications.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop detailed integration strategies.
  • Involved in decision making discussions with internal teams
  • Help scope requirements to meet business objectives
  • Design robust, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions using Mulesoft technologies.
  • Create and maintain architectural blueprints, design patterns, and best practices that facilitate seamless integration.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the development of integration standards, guidelines, and frameworks.
  • Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of the Mulesoft platform through regular health checks and performance tuning.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms for operation support and enable proactive issue resolution.
  • Take accountability for adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • SIGNIFICANT experience in a similar role with a proven track record in managing Global projects
  • Proven capacity to respond to changes which impact the program, deal with uncertainty and resolve issues effectively
  • Proven experience as a Mulesoft Architect or similar role in designing and implementing integration solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, API management, and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus).
  • Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs, integrating with various systems and cloud platforms.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, and messaging protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Requirements
  • University degree in a related field or equivalent
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • 8+ years of experience in solution design and development along with 3+ years of experience as an Integration Architect
