Residential Property Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the property management department, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring a seamless letting process.
Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting thorough viewings and liaising with homeowners and tenants to ensure their needs are met.
- Negotiating lease terms and preparing tenancy agreements in compliance with regulations.
- Managing property listings and marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
This role involves regular travel to properties, so access to a car is essential. A valid license with at least one year of post-licensing experience is required.
