Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to oversee the day-to-day management of multiple wastewater treatment sites and associated infrastructure.

This leadership role will involve directing planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team of site-based staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the planning and execution of maintenance activities at multiple sites
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  3. Lead and motivate a team of site-based staff to achieve operational excellence
  4. Analyze performance metrics and develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
