Luxury Leisure Attendant

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Luxury Leisure Attendant. As a key member of our club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members have an unforgettable experience.

As a Leisure Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone or email. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the club during opening hours, including administering membership enquiries and completing sales with customers.

You will work closely with the Club Manager to market and upsell the club, and carry out general cleaning duties to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to all Health & Safety protocols and procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone or email.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours, including administering membership enquiries and completing sales with customers.
  • Work closely with the Club Manager to market and upsell the club.
  • Carry out general cleaning duties to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Pools/lifeguard certification and First Aid are essential.
  • NCEF qualification or equivalent is also essential.
  • Able to work as part of a team, and a desire to progress in your career.
