Leisure Club Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leisure Club Attendant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless member experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of service to members, responding to queries in person, by phone or email, and ensuring the smooth running of the club during opening hours. They will also assist the Club Manager in the marketing and upselling of the club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to members at all times.
  • Respond to member queries in person, by phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours, including maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist the Club Manager with marketing and upselling initiatives to promote the club and its services.
Requirements:
  • FHIES (Fluent English, Excellent Communication Skills).
  • Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Pools/lifeguard certification and First Aid qualification are essential.
  • NCEF (National Certificate in Fitness) qualification or equivalent is also essential.
  • Able to work as part of a team and have a desire to progress in your career.
