Job Description:

  • As a seasoned fast food leader, you will be responsible for spearheading our team to deliver exceptional levels of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the team to maintain high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
  2. Motivate and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  3. Implement focused strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  5. Take overall responsibility for the operational running of the department, including rostering shifts and ensuring KPIs are met.
  6. Develop and implement plans to continuously improve processes and ensure compliance with HACCP documentation.
  7. Address customer complaints promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
