Job Title: Office & Finance Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Office & Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and manage office administration tasks.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in finance management, preferably within a legal environment, and a strong understanding of accounting practices and case management systems.
A degree qualification in a related field or equivalent experience is required. A background in a legal or professional services context would be beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities- Financial Operations: Oversee accounts payable and payroll management.
- Office Administration: Manage efficient workflow and supervise support staff.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with legal and financial regulations.
- CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: Implement and manage CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS, particularly Sage.
- Experience: Proven experience in finance management, preferably within a legal environment.
- Qualifications: Degree qualification in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong understanding of accounting practices and case management systems.
