Job Details

This role involves overseeing and ensuring that Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date and of the highest quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

A key aspect of this job is meeting regulation compliance in accordance with Health Act 2007 and related Regulations.

Additionally, the successful candidate will lead a team of staff, providing support and coordinating input from Clinical Teams and other departmental supports as required.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, good judgement, and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

They will also be an excellent listener, eager to learn from others, with excellent organisational skills and self-motivation.
