We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Senior Care Coordinator.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to individuals with complex support needs.

This includes ensuring that personal plans, risk assessments, and behavioural support plans are up to date and that services are delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A level 7 or 8 degree in a health or social-related qualification (or suitable equivalent qualification with management qualification in healthcare)
  • Full clean driver's license

You should also have at least three years of managerial experience within a similar health or social care setting. Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
