Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Manager to oversee the growth and management of a team of motivated Carers in Cork.
The successful candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality care to vulnerable people, ensuring efficient and effective on-boarding, rostering, training, and overall carer welfare with support from the Regional Manager and Care Office.
The Role- Evaluate and manage carer on-boarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the team.
- Deliver comprehensive Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training to equip Carers with necessary skills for providing quality care to clients in their assigned area.
- Utilize our Care Management software to monitor daily activities, prioritizing safeguarding and compliance at all levels. Escalate concerns as necessary.
- Maintain close communication with the Support Office regarding scheduling, client care, and HSE updates through our Care Management Software.
- Develop a career development path for team members, identifying and addressing training needs to align with our HR strategy.
- Conduct regular Client Quality Assurance reviews, adhering to Platinum Homecare and HSE standards.
- Be flexible to assume additional responsibilities supporting the delivery of exceptional care by our organization.
