Job Title: Youth Development Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for individuals who can work collaboratively to provide therapeutic environments for children and young people, focusing on building positive relationships and engaging them in our programmes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Children and Young People: You will play a vital role in promoting the development and well-being of our clients, working closely with colleagues to deliver holistic, trauma-informed care.
  • Leading Household Activities: You will be responsible for leading activities and administration tasks within the household, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Collaboration and Professional Development: You will engage in regular professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are up-to-date with best practices in the field.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full manual Irish driving licence
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in Social Care (placement experience accepted)
  • Registration in the Social Care Workers Register maintained by CORU, or eligibility for registration
