Accounts Receivable Specialist

This is a challenging position that requires an exceptionally motivated individual to take on the responsibilities of an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting monies owed by customers, monitoring debt levels, and communicating effectively with the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting outstanding payments from customers and allocating them to accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer debt levels and working towards collection targets.
  • Communicating debtor issues and problems to the management team in a timely and effective manner.
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to tasks.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work accurately and efficiently.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to participate in training and development programs as required by the company. This position would be ideal for a self-starter who is proactive, customer-focused, flexible, and has influencing skills.
