Senior Logistics Co-Ordinator - Food Manufacturing (Kildare)A well-established food manufacturing business in Kildare is seeking a Senior Logistics Co-Ordinator to join their dynamic supply chain team.
This is a key role supporting the Logistics Manager, managing relationships across operations, sales, carriers, and traders.
It's well-suited to someone with strong industry knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Oversee inventory and supply chain activity to meet demandManage sales contracts, credit limits, and timing of product movementDevelop demand plans and liaise with operations and sales teamsEnsure smooth communication with carriers, suppliers, and trading partnersMonitor and improve logistics documentation and complianceInvestigate new market opportunities and support approval processesLead logistics projects and cost-saving initiativesAct as a link between logistics co-ordinators and the Logistics ManagerTrain and support logistics team membersSupport the Technical Manager with Quality Management System upkeepWhat You'll Need:Minimum 7 years' experience in logistics within a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong background in supply chain, inventory, and demand planningExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficient in Excel, Outlook, and logistics data systemsPeople management experience is highly desirableThe Next Step for You:Should this position be of interest to you, please submit your CV to Jessica from Next Generation Recruitment using the apply button.
