Additional Duties:

  • Prepare for client and customer meetings.
  • Support the CEO with various daily tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records such as invoices and employee files.
  • Enter data into company systems or spreadsheets.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Prepare reports and documents.
  • Manage both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
