Senior Facilities Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facilities Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing technical services across multiple sites and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage scheduled and reactive maintenance as required, ensuring all works are completed correctly and on time.
  • Ensure all RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), PTWs (Permit to Work), and service dockets are received and properly filed.
  • Oversee the management of contractor invoices, ensuring timely payment and adherence to approved budgets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for onsite staff within assigned portfolios.
  • Participate in client internal and external audits and risk assessments.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and management experience, with a focus on people management, budget management, and client liaison.
  • Hold a recognisable engineering qualification or demonstrate significant experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and CMS knowledge is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other staff members and maintain flexibility and professionalism at all times.
