This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to lead a team of drivers and ensure the efficient operation of our transportation network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily driver schedules, monitoring performance, and analyzing trends to identify areas for improvement.

They will also be tasked with coaching and motivating team members, as well as ensuring that company vehicles are properly maintained and operated in a safe and responsible manner.

In addition, this role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present business data to stakeholders.

We are seeking a seasoned transportation professional with 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume distribution environment.

Candidates should possess a strong working knowledge of Department of Transport regulations, as well as experience with IT systems such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Preferred qualifications include a Transport Management CPC and experience with transport IT systems.
