The successful applicant will lead by example, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages the achievement of key performance indicators and delivers outstanding service standards.This position requires an individual with excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop their team, and a keen eye for detail to ensure top-notch store presentation and adequate stock levels are maintained.We are seeking someone who possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment with varying shift patterns, and has completed a leaving certificate or equivalent qualification.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales growth through targeted KPIs
  • Motivate and develop the store team to achieve targets
  • Ensure shop floor presentation meets high standards
  • Manage stock levels effectively
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • Completed Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 2 years' management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Full driving license
  • Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
