Senior Site Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to take ownership of the implementation of planned designs, ensuring accurate setting out and levelling of works in accordance with drawings/specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for quality control and testing of work and materials, as well as checking progress against budget and time constraints.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate setting out and levelling of works in accordance with drawings/specifications
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve project outcomes
  • Liaise with local authorities to ensure compliance with construction regulations
  • Deliver toolbox talks and provide training to site personnel

Requirements:

  • Degree Level in Building Engineering, Civil/Construction Engineering or Construction
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience within the construction industry
  • Proven track record of managing and monitoring sub-contractors
  • Proficient in Auto CAD and other relevant software
  • Fully qualified driver with a valid driving license
  • Safe Pass certification
