Hospitality Go-to-Market Manager
This is an individual contributor role focused on go-to-market activities for the hospitality vertical.
Key Responsibilities- Planning and Execution: Consolidate needs, requests, strategic priorities and opportunities into a short/medium/long term roadmap, backed by internal and external insights.
- Influencing Outcomes: Engage with customers/partners (external) and sales/RM (internal) to drive Voice Of Customer (VOC) and ensure outcomes are agreed with key stakeholders.
- Developing GTM Plans: Develop end-to-end GTM plan and roadmap for the hospitality vertical, including new propositions (sub-verticals) and enhancements, product releases and collateral, events plan, and clearly defined commercial benefits and KPIs.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Revenue, and Product teams to ensure commercial performance; influence remediation plans if performance is off track.
- External Engagement: Engage with external marketing for events and internal teams to develop external marketing assets and internal sales enablement assets; plan local events.
- Customer Insights: Maintain continuous engagement with customer and partner inputs to inform planning and transformational decisions.
- Pipeline Management: Partner with Sales Enablement, Product, and project delivery groups to understand pipelines, timelines and plan GTM activity to deliver on the business case for the hospitality vertical.
- Strategic Planning: Experience in planning and forecasting processes; understanding of strategic business plans; P&L awareness and revenue/expense impact knowledge.
- Commercialization and Delivery: Experience in proposition commercialization and delivering to market; ability to manage senior stakeholders within a matrix organization; highly collaborative.
- Leadership and Communication: Proven track record of influencing strategic business decisions; excellent communication skills; strong attention to detail and trend analysis for senior stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic sales environment; excellent time management skills.
