We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our virtual remote monitoring team.
This role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients via digital health platforms, telehealth protocols, and contactless vital signs monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years post-registration experience in ED or acute care settings
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Proven experience in telecare or remote nursing roles
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and independent decision-making skills
As a member of our virtual team, you will be responsible for:
- Performing remote initial assessments of patients admitted to the remote monitoring unit
- Identifying suitable care plans and modifying them for individual patient needs
- Monitoring patients' conditions via contactless vital signs App and video consultations
- Escalating changes in patient condition to ARNP/ED Consultant in a timely manner
- Documenting clinical decisions in line with regulatory standards
