- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff to ensure accurate patient care.
- Continuously monitor patient progress and report any changes to medical staff for timely interventions.
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain precise patient records and documentation to facilitate seamless communication among healthcare professionals.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
- Active registration with NMBI.
- Experience as a RGN in ED/A&E settings.
- Level 8 degree in nursing or higher Diploma in relevant field.
- Minimum of one year experience in similar roles.
