Job Summary

Clinical Nurse Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring hospital preparedness and effective response to major incidents, mass casualty events, and internal incidents. The CNM 2 for Major Emergency Planning will coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the hospital's Major Emergency Plan and Internal Incident Plan.

This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency planning, disaster response, and team management.

  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the hospital's Major Emergency Plan and Internal Incident Plan.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administration, department heads, and external partners.
  • Provide training and education to staff on emergency procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to emergency incidents and responses.
