Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

This role requires technical support expertise in complex information infrastructure environments. You will integrate products and systems with other computer systems operated by customers.

As a 24/7 organization, shift work, holidays, weekends, and on-call responsibilities may be required. The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of major operating system software such as UNIX, NT, HPUX, SUN Solaris, or AIX.

Additionally, you will have preferential knowledge of CPU, memory, busses, I/O, device drivers, buffering, job scheduling, and virtual memory, file systems, and file system structure.

  • Systematic thinking skills, including the understanding of architectures and interconnectivity
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills

The role requires fluent English and French skills. Education required is a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Cloud, or BIS. Experience required is 1-2 years relevant experience.
