System Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled technical expert to fill this key role. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance our proprietary trading systems.

  • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical problems in our trading environment.
  • Work with development teams to deliver new and improved functionalities.
  • Deploy, review, and test changes to the production trading environment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical discipline.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Change Management and Incident Management Procedures.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Windows Batch, PowerShell, Python, SQL).
  • Financial systems experience.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working with batch scheduling systems.
  • Knowledge of networked application systems and server operating systems.
  • System monitoring tools experience (e.g., Splunk or Check_MK).
  • Financial Trade Floor experience (training provided).
