">- 2nd Level Technical Support:
The successful candidate will provide 2nd level technical support, working closely with clients to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
">- Relationship Building:
A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with clients' staff, including clinical engineers, service managers, and other managers. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
">- Documentation:
The candidate will be responsible for creating and updating technical drawings and documents relevant to each site.
">- Record Keeping:
Accurate record keeping is crucial in this role, and the successful candidate must be able to maintain high standards of documentation.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Essential Requirements:
- RF/Radio Systems Experience: The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with RF/Radio systems, as well as a track record of system installs, maintenance, and repairs.
- Qualification in IT/Electronic Engineering: A qualification in IT or Electronic engineering is also required.
- Can-Do Attitude: A positive attitude, willingness to learn on the job, and strong teamwork skills are essential.
