About the RoleYou will be the first point of contact for these brands, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships and setting the tone for the entire sales journey. Your key responsibility will be to provide a great experience for clients' prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers
- Demonstrate an ability to attract new customers
- Provide product and tool support to improve clients' experience and drive higher product adoption and spend
- Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with Enterprise software
- Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
- Professional customer service skills, including a solutions mindset and passion for the customer
- High confidence and ability to quickly build trust within the first call
- Sales aptitude and ability to empathize with customers and meet targets
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
