Job Description


We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional to deliver high-impact lead generation and revenue growth campaigns within the B2B space. This role is pivotal to our continued success in the UK and Irish markets and offers the opportunity to shape strategic marketing initiatives across diverse sectors.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Deliver campaigns across both digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaign assets on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and innovation within the marketing team.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field – A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing (ideally across Ireland and UK), with a strong focus on lead generation and revenue-driving campaigns.
  • Ability to create engaging, targeted content for various channels, including social media, email and the company website.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered successfully.
  • Proficient in tracking and analysing campaign performance metrics, with proven ability to optimise future initiatives through post-campaign evaluation.
  • Strong customer-focused approach, with an understanding of audience needs and behaviours.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, with ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent communication, IT literacy and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Dynamics CRM & Wordpress.
