We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist to provide bookkeeping services to a small team of professionals.
Job Overview:This is a part-time opportunity that involves conducting regular bank reconciliations, managing creditors and debtors, and preparing VAT/VIES/PAYE and PRSI returns.
- Bank Reconciliations: Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date by reconciling company accounts on a regular basis.
- Creditor and Debtor Management: Process customer and supplier invoices, manage cash flow, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit VAT/VIES/PAYE and PRSI returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in a bookkeeping role
- Proficient in Sage, Bright Pay, and ROS portal
- MS Office proficiency is a pre-requisite
- Good typing skills
The ideal candidate will have excellent timekeeping and punctuality skills, as well as the ability to adapt to varying tasks. Proficiency in bookkeeping and financial standard practices is essential, and an accounting qualification is a distinct advantage.
