Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nutritional Supplement Quality Control Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our nutritional supplements by implementing and maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in compliance with USP standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in microbiological testing, including aerobic plate count, coliform count, lactic acid bacteria count, rapid yeast & mold count, yeast and mold count, high sensitivity coliform count, listeria count, and E. coli O157:H7 count.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement microbiological testing procedures in accordance with USP standards
  • Conduct regular microbiological sampling and testing of raw materials and finished products
  • Analyze test results and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain product specifications
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
