High-Quality Food and Nutritional Supplement Specialist

Ensuring the quality and safety of food and nutritional supplements is a top priority. As a Quality Control Specialist, your role will be to oversee various testing procedures to guarantee that all products meet stringent standards.
- Conduct aerobic plate count and coliform count tests using AOAC methods
- Determine lactic acid bacteria, rapid yeast & mold, and yeast and mold counts using AOAC and ISO methods
- Perform high sensitivity coliform, Listeria, and E. coli O157:H7 testing as required
- Verify water quality through E. coli – Coliform Presence/Absence testing
- Implement USP Microbiological Procedures for Absence of Specified Microorganisms and USP Microbiological Attributes guidelines
Our team operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality products while ensuring product safety. You will work closely with production teams, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
To excel in this role, you should have a solid foundation in microbiology or chemistry, with a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as microbiology or chemistry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
