The role aims to support learners in developing their personal, social, and vocational skills, fostering independence and integration.

This position requires initiative, creativity, excellent communication, and teamwork skills in a learner-focused environment.

Applicants should hold relevant education or healthcare qualifications, including patient moving and handling, and infection control certifications.

  • Experience working with challenging learners
  • Personal care and medication management expertise
  • Working with young people with additional needs, intellectual disabilities, ASD, physical and sensory needs, and/or mental health difficulties
Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing Personal and Medical Assistance
  2. Supporting service users with all aspects of personal care, manual handling, and assistance with medication
  3. Delivering one-to-one key working to assist learners in developing person-centred plans
  4. Facilitating Participation and Skill Development
  5. Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams
  6. Maintaining Records and Upholding Standards
