Quality Excellence Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive quality excellence in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, preferably in manufacturing, and be able to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes, procedures, and policies to ensure products meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Perform audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure raw materials and components meet established quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring all necessary records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
  • Oversee new product development procedures to become 'best in field' for customers.
  • Support site managers in implementing and improving procedures and processes to ensure work standards are met.
  • Participate in risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen quality challenges.
  • Actively participate in Lean project rollouts for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of quality management experience, preferably in manufacturing, ideally electronic/hardware manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated experience of quality management from cradle to grave of a product/service.
  • Ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement & operational excellence.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
